1. General Terms and Acceptance

By accessing, registering on, or using the l89bd platform at l89bd.club (the "Platform"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms &amp ; Conditions in their entirety. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player") and l89bd (the "Operator"). If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

l89bd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amended terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to remain informed of any updates.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all products and services offered on the l89bd Platform, including but not limited to: cricket betting, live casino games, slot games, crash games (including Fortune Snake and Phoenix Rises), all bonus and promotional offers, and all account and payment services. Additional product-specific rules may apply and will be published on the relevant product pages.

1.1 Governing Language

These Terms & Conditions are written in English. In the event of any discrepancy between the English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail in all respects.

1.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remaining terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

1.3 Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy published on the l89bd Platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and l89bd with respect to your use of the Platform, and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings.

2. Eligibility and Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and use the l89bd Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your account:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of an employee of l89bd or any of its affiliated technology or payment partners.
• You must not have been previously self-excluded from the l89bd Platform or excluded by l89bd due to breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• You must be registering on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of a third party.
• The funds you deposit must be your own legally earned money and must not be sourced from criminal activity.

2.1 Age Verification Process

l89bd employs an age and identity verification process for all registered accounts. You may be required to submit government-issued identification documents such as a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence. Until age verification is satisfactorily completed, l89bd may restrict withdrawals from your account. Any winnings accumulated on an account that is subsequently found to belong to an under-18 individual will be voided and the original deposited amount will be returned to the deposit source.

2.2 Geographic Restrictions

l89bd primarily serves players based in Bangladesh. Players accessing the Platform from outside Bangladesh do so at their own risk and are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with the laws applicable in their jurisdiction. l89bd makes no representation that the Platform is lawful or appropriate for access in any jurisdiction outside Bangladesh.

3. Account Registration and Security

To access the full features of the l89bd Platform, including placing bets and making deposits, you must register a player account. Registration requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, mobile phone number, and preferred payment method details.

3.1 Accuracy of Information

You are obligated to ensure that all information provided during registration and at any point during the lifetime of your l89bd account is accurate, truthful, and up to date. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any outstanding balance pending investigation.

3.2 One Account Rule

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one registered account on the l89bd Platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — constitutes a serious violation. l89bd reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any bets or winnings generated across duplicate accounts, and permanently ban the player from the Platform.

3.3 Account Credentials and Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your l89bd username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. l89bd will never contact you to request your password by any means. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify the l89bd support team immediately at [email protected] so that protective measures can be taken without delay.

3.4 Account Activity Responsibility

All transactions, bets, and activities carried out via your l89bd account — whether by you or by any third party who gains access to your account using your credentials — are your sole responsibility. l89bd accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access where you failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials or failed to report a suspected breach in a timely manner.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

l89bd supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions on the l89bd Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). No currency conversion fees are applied by l89bd; however, your payment provider may apply their own fees, for which l89bd accepts no responsibility.

4.1 Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction.
• Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are processed instantly and credited to your l89bd account balance in real time.
• Deposits made via Visa or Mastercard may take up to 15 minutes to reflect in your account balance depending on your card issuer's processing time.
• All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be returned, with the relevant account subject to review.
• l89bd does not apply any fees to standard deposits. Deposits that trigger a bonus will be subject to the wagering requirements set out in Section 5.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction.
• Withdrawals via bKash and Nagad are processed within 15 to 30 minutes of approval during standard operating hours.
• Withdrawals via bank card (Visa, Mastercard) settle within 1 to 2 business days, subject to the receiving bank's processing schedules.
• Withdrawals will only be sent to the same payment method used to make the most recent deposit, or to a verified alternative method on file. This policy exists to prevent fraud.
• l89bd reserves the right to request identity and payment verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Failure to provide requested documentation within 72 hours may result in the withdrawal request being cancelled and returned to your account balance.
• Withdrawals from accounts with an uncleared bonus balance will be held until the applicable wagering requirements have been met, or until the player elects to forfeit the bonus balance.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering

l89bd is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of criminal activity. All transactions on the Platform are monitored. l89bd may, at its sole discretion, request source-of-funds documentation from any player. In cases where suspicious activity is identified, l89bd will suspend the relevant account, freeze any associated balance, and report the matter to the appropriate authorities in accordance with applicable law. Players must not use the l89bd Platform to deposit and withdraw funds without genuine gambling activity — this constitutes money laundering and is a criminal offence.

5. Bonus and Promotion Terms

l89bd offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the general wagering conditions set out in this section, as well as any specific conditions published on the individual promotion page. In the event of a conflict between the general terms and the specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall take precedence.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New l89bd players are eligible for a 150% welcome bonus on their first qualifying deposit. The minimum qualifying deposit to trigger the welcome bonus is ৳500. The welcome bonus is subject to a 20x wagering requirement on the combined deposit and bonus amount before any withdrawal can be made. The welcome bonus must be wagered within 30 days of being credited or it will expire and be removed from the account balance.

5.2 General Wagering Requirements

• Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses carry a 20x wagering requirement on the bonus amount.
• Wagering contributions by game type: Slots — 100%; Live Casino table games — 10%; Crash games — 25%; Sports betting — 100% on settled single bets with minimum odds of 1.50.
• Bets placed with bonus funds that exceed the table maximum bet limit set for bonus play (৳2,000 per round) will not count towards wagering requirements and may be voided.

5.3 Bonus Abuse and Fraud

l89bd employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, using low-variance betting strategies specifically designed to meet wagering requirements at minimal risk, placing opposing bets to hedge bonus exposure, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotional terms. Any player found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have their bonus voided, affected winnings forfeited, and their account suspended pending further review.

5.4 Reload and Ongoing Promotions

l89bd regularly offers reload bonuses, cashback deals, seasonal promotions tied to BPL, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and other Bangladesh-relevant events, as well as VIP tier rewards for loyal players. 6. Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the l89bd Platform are subject to the game-specific rules published on the relevant game or sport page, as well as the general betting rules set out in this section. By placing a bet on l89bd, you confirm that you have read and accepted the applicable rules for that bet type.

6.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets are accepted at l89bd's sole discretion. A bet is not confirmed until you receive a bet confirmation from the Platform. l89bd reserves the right to refuse any bet, in whole or in part, without providing a reason. This right is exercised primarily to manage risk exposure and to prevent fraudulent or irregular betting activity.

6.2 Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or display of clearly incorrect odds or game outcomes, l89bd reserves the right to void all affected bets. This includes scenarios where odds were displayed at manifestly incorrect values due to a data feed error, software bug, or human error. Affected stakes will be returned to player account balances. l89bd accepts no liability for losses arising from a player's decision to bet at erroneous odds where the error was or should reasonably have been apparent.

6.3 Cricket and Sports Betting Specific Rules

• All cricket match bets require a minimum of the agreed number of overs to be bowled for a bet to stand, unless the specific market rules state otherwise.
• Bets on matches that are abandoned, postponed, or cancelled before the minimum overs threshold is reached will be voided and stakes returned.
• Live in-play bets are accepted at the live odds displayed at the time of bet placement. Once confirmed, in-play bet odds are fixed and cannot be cancelled.
• l89bd's cricket betting markets cover BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC ODI series, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures. Market availability is subject to l89bd's trading decisions and may be withdrawn at any time prior to bet placement.

6.4 Casino and Slot Games

All casino and slot games on the l89bd Platform are provided by regulated third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, Habanero, and Play'n GO. Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation systems operated by the respective provider. l89bd does not interfere with game outcomes and publishes RTP (Return to Player) information as provided by the studios. 7. Responsible Gaming

8. Account Suspension and Closure

l89bd reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account — with or without prior notice — in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information.
• Failure to complete satisfactory age or identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, match-fixing, or any other form of criminal or irregular activity.
• Opening or operating more than one account on the Platform.
• Bonus abuse or exploitation of promotional terms in bad faith.
• Use of automated betting systems, bots, or scraping software on the Platform.
• Chargebacks or disputed payment transactions initiated against l89bd without prior contact with the support team.
• Abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour directed at l89bd staff or other players.
• Account inactivity — accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. l89bd will contact you before applying any dormancy fee. Dormant account fees, if applied, will not reduce the account balance below zero.

8.1 Voluntary Account Closure

You may voluntarily close your l89bd account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. Before closure, any outstanding bonus balance will be forfeited. Any real money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your verified payment method within 5 business days, provided all outstanding wagering requirements and withdrawal conditions have been met.

8.2 Effect of Closure

Upon account closure — whether voluntary or imposed by l89bd — your access to the Platform will be terminated immediately. l89bd will retain your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy for the period required by applicable law. Closed accounts may not be re-opened except at l89bd's sole discretion and subject to fresh identity verification.
